- Hiring for multiple BPO companies in Bangalore for Domestic & International Voice/Non-Voice Processes.
- Full-time positions available for freshers and experienced candidates.
- Location: Bangalore (Work from Office).

Key Responsibilities
- Handling customer queries via voice, chat, or email.
- Providing technical support or customer support.
- Performing telesales or collection duties, depending on the process.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Languages: English, Hindi, and Regional languages (for domestic processes).
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are required for most roles.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of chat experience required for the ECPL International Non-Voice Chat process.
- Shifts: Rotational, Day, or Night shifts (depending on the process).
- Working Days: 5/6 Days Working (depending on the process).
- Cab Facility: Available for night shifts (2-way for some, 1-way for Alorica).

- Sagility: International Voice Process, 5 days working, Health Care Voice, US Shift (6:30 to 3:30), Fixed Sat/Sun Off, 2-Way Cab. Salary: 22k (Fresher) to 32k (Exp). Location: Bommanahalli.
- UNICARD: TeSales, 6 days working, Sunday Off, Day shift, Cab. Salary: Upto 30k. Location: Kadubeesanahalli.
- Aegis Startec: BCP International Voice Process, 5 days working, Sat/Sun Fixed Off, 2-way Cab. Salary: 25k+ Quarterly Bonus 4k. Location: ITPL.
- 24*7: International Voice Process, 5 days working, 2 off, 2-way cab. Salary: 22k (Fresher) to 28k (Experienced) + Incentives. Location: Marathahalli.
- ECPL: International Non Voice Chat process, 5 days working, 2 off, Rotational Shift. Domestic Chat Process, No Cab. Minimum 6 months Chat Exp. Salary: 21k (Without PF Deduction). Location: Kothunur Cross.
- Alorica: International Voice Process (Banking & Retails), Min SSLC or PUC. Rotational Shift, 2 off with 1-way Cab. Salary: 21k (Fresher) to 25k (Exp) + Shift Allowance. Location: Eco space.
- Rupicard: Collection Process & Customer support, 6 days working, Sunday fixed off. Salary: Upto 40k (Fresher 22k). Location: Bellandur.
- Tata Capital: Telesales, 6-Day Working, Sun Fixed Off, Day Shift, No Cab. Salary: 22k (Fresher) to 30k (Exp). Location: Whitefield.
