About the Role
PT Solutions is hiring full-time Physical Therapists to join their team and elevate their careers while making a difference in the lives of patients and communities. This role offers exposure to a diverse caseload across orthopedic, sports medicine, pelvic health, and neurologic rehabilitation.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Provide education tailored to individual patient needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
- Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
- Current or pending state licensure
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)
- Limber Health software

Compensation & Bonus Structure
- Base Salary: $74,000 - $100,000 per year (based on experience and market factors)
- Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 available in select locations!
