About the Role
The Brand Specialist is a hands-on, design-first individual contributor responsible for bringing XED's B2C brand to life across digital and print touchpoints. Working under the guidance of the Head of Marketing, this role focuses on producing high-quality creatives, collateral, emailers, videos, and web assets within established XED and university partner brand guidelines. It also involves coordinating smoothly with Tech, Sales, and Program teams to deliver these assets on time. This is an execution role with no direct reports, suited for an early-career designer with a keen eye for premium aesthetics and a strong desire to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality marketing creatives for B2C campaigns, including advertising creatives for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, social media posts, program brochures, and other collateral, in line with XED and university partner brand guidelines.
- Design and build emailers on mailing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Brevo) and execute scheduled sends as briefed by the Marketing team.
- Produce short videos and simple motion graphics, such as reels, ad videos, and program teasers, using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Create banners and visual assets for the website and campaign landing pages; share design files and specifications with the Tech team and support implementation through to go-live.
- Design creatives for B2C webinars and program info sessions, including invites, banners, presentation decks, and post-event assets.
- Write basic copy for creatives, such as headlines, ad copy, social captions, and email subject lines, for review by the Head of Marketing.
- Coordinate with Tech, Sales, and Program teams to take briefs, manage timelines, incorporate feedback, and deliver revisions promptly.
- Maintain an organized library of brand assets, templates, and university partner logos to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
