About the Role

Independence Home Loans is seeking driven individuals for the IGNITE Loan Officer Training Program. This program is designed to train individuals with zero mortgage experience into fully licensed, high-producing Loan Officers.

Key Responsibilities

• Train directly under top-producing Mortgage Bankers and leadership
• Apply real sales tactics through hands-on coaching
• Make and receive calls from warm, inbound leads
• Learn our CRM and loan origination technology
• Deliver high-quality customer service to clients and referral partners
• Participate in sales meetings, contests, and performance incentives
• Thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, results-driven environment

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor’s degree OR experience in sales, military, or commission-based roles
• Outgoing, competitive, and naturally strong with people
• Excellent communication skills (phone, written, and in-person)
• Highly motivated by income, growth, and performance
• Thrives under high expectations and fast-paced environments
• Self-starter with strong organization and problem-solving skills
• Desire to win and excel

Qualifications

• No mortgage experience needed—paid training provided
• Company-paid licensing, testing and training
• Training program duration: 3 months

Compensation & Perks

• Base + uncapped commissions
• First-Year Earnings Expectation: $85K–$125K
• 2 weeks PTO, 1-week sick time, and 6 holidays
