About the Role
McKesson is seeking motivated warehouse associates for their Distribution Center. This role is full-time with available night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Move efficiently to ensure timely and accurate shipment of products through effective order fulfillment management.
- Receive on-the-job training to certify in driving power industrial equipment.
- Receive training to certify in specialized processes and to operate advanced automation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Entry level experience required.
- Ability to walk up to 10 miles throughout the course of a shift.
- Ability to lift 20 to 50lbs repetitively throughout the course of a shift without assistance.
Qualifications
Shift Availability:
- Night Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00 PM - 5:45 AM or until shift completion. Possible mandatory overtime.
- Night Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 3:00 PM - 11:45 PM or until shift completion. Possible mandatory overtime.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay rate: $19.90/hr
- Possible additional incentives based on shift and equipment operation.
- Material Handlers eligible for incentive plan can earn up to approximately $1.75/hour in incentive pay based on performance.
