About the Role
Labcorp is seeking a Research Technician to join our Dose Formulation team in Madison, WI. This role is on the 3rd shift (3:00 am – 11:45 am).
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing lab reagents, solutions, suspensions, and capsules per study protocols.
- Recording data accurately in both digital and written formats.
- Learning formulation verification, sample disposition, and safe handling procedures.
- Collaborating with scientists and technicians to ensure study integrity.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and GLP-compliant lab environment.
- Developing skills in study setup, data organization, and client communication.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or microbiology.
- A strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
- A passion for science and a desire to contribute to life-changing research.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to work one weekend per month.
Work Schedule: 3rd shift: 3:00 am – 11:45 am
Pay Rate: $23/hr. (includes a 12% shift differential)
