AI Instructor

About the Role

The AI Instructor internship is an on-site role based in Bilaspur. In this position, the intern supports the design and delivery of training sessions that help users understand and effectively work with AI-powered chatbot solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare learning materials and demos.
• Assist with workshops.
• Gather feedback from participants.
• Document common user questions to improve training content.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure training aligns with current features, best practices, and real-world use cases.
• Contribute to creating clear, accessible explanations of AI concepts and chatbot functionality for diverse business users.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of AI, chatbots, or software applications.
• Interest in conversational interfaces.
• Comfort with preparing instructional materials, guides, or tutorials for non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail in tracking feedback and outcomes.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with trainers, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English.
• Additional local language skills are an advantage.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in computer science, information technology, education, business, or a related field.
• Enthusiasm for learning.
