• CTC Range: 3,60,000 - 7,20,000 per annum

Voyage Entertainment, the content production arm of Spaces and Between, produces cricket and sports content, music videos, documentaries, branded series, and TV packaging. Cricket is central to their content slate. This role focuses on ensuring accuracy, sharpness, and timely delivery of cricket content.

The Role

This is a pure content production role, focusing on taking cricket content from brief and script to final delivery. It involves close collaboration with talent, their teams, clients like Cricbuzz, editors, and designers. The core requirements are deep knowledge of cricket and the ability to deliver content with speed.

Key Responsibilities

• Cricket Content Production

• Own production for cricketers, Cricbuzz, and other cricket/sports clients from brief to delivery.

• Collaborate with talent and teams to shape topics, angles, and scripts, ensuring a smooth process.

• Pitch and develop content ideas aligned with the cricket calendar.

• Ensure content accuracy, a clear point of view, and suitability for the audience and platform.

• Speed & Turnaround

• Deliver time-sensitive content quickly, including same-day and match-day work, without compromising quality or accuracy.

• Plan and prioritize a live queue of projects, keeping editors, designers, and clients aligned on deadlines.

• Make sound decisions under pressure and raise risks early.

• Scripts to Editor Notes

• Convert incoming scripts into detailed Editor Notes, including shot lists, archive footage callouts, stats, graphics requirements, pacing cues, and music references.

• Identify and resolve gaps between scripts and available assets before the edit begins.

• Write clear notes for editors.

• Post-Production Oversight

• Oversee post-production execution, coordinating editors, motion graphics artists, sound designers, and colorists.

• Review cuts, provide feedback, and manage revisions through to final delivery.

• Maintain organized project folders, asset libraries, and version logs, ensuring delivery specifications are met.

• Cricket Accuracy & Research

• Fact-check all scripts and cuts for player names, stats, records, match context, and terminology.

• Source archive footage, stats, and visual references for cricket stories.

• Follow live cricket closely to ensure content relevance.

• AI-Assisted Workflows

• Utilize AI tools in production for transcription, subtitling, upscaling, audio cleanup, footage search, and script/research support.

• Keep updated on new AI tools and integrate useful ones into the workflow.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Deep cricket knowledge (players across eras, formats, tactics, records, current form).
• Proven ability to work fast and deliver on tight deadlines.
• 05 years of experience producing video content in a studio, channel, digital, or production-house environment.
• Strong writing skills in English and Hindi.
• Working knowledge of editing workflows (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro).
• Hands-on use of AI tools in production.
• Comfort working with talent, clients, and senior personnel.
• Mumbai-based or genuinely willing to relocate.

Good to Have

• Prior experience with cricket or sports content for YouTube, OTT, or broadcast.
• Experience working directly with cricketers, commentators, or sports media personalities.
• Comfort with cricket stats and data sources.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and show packaging (Adobe After Effects).
• Degree or diploma in Mass Communication, Journalism, Film, or Media.
