About the Role

MOCA Advertising is seeking a Growth Manager – Influencer Marketing for a full-time, hybrid role based in Delhi, India, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role focuses on planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and brand growth in key markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns.
• Identify and evaluate relevant influencers.
• Negotiate influencer partnerships.
• Manage campaign workflows.
• Track campaign performance against growth targets.
• Collaborate with sales, account management, and analytics teams.
• Prepare reports and present insights.
• Recommend data-driven improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness and growth.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience in influencer marketing, digital advertising, or user acquisition within an agency or growth-focused environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, collaborating with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
• Comfort with tools such as Excel/Sheets, presentation software, and influencer or social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, local content networks).

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience working with Analytics tools to measure campaign performance and user acquisition outcomes.
• Excellent Communication abilities, including stakeholder management, relationship building with brands & agencies, and clear reporting to internal and external partners.
• Proven Sales and negotiation skills to secure effective influencer partnerships and support business growth initiatives.
• Solid Project Management capabilities to plan, coordinate, and deliver multi-channel influencer campaigns on time and within budget.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Advanced certifications in digital marketing or growth marketing are a plus.
