Ai Graphic Designer

About the Role

AJC Edutech Private Limited is seeking a creative and technically skilled AI Graphic Designer. This role focuses on leveraging the latest AI-powered design tools to create visually engaging and consistent graphics for the organization, improving the speed, quality, and efficiency of the creative workflow. The ideal candidate will use AI strategically to create professional designs, maintain brand consistency, develop creative concepts, and streamline the design process.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand creative requirements, objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines in collaboration with the Creative department.
• Create social media creatives, banners, thumbnails, advertisements, promotional materials, presentations, and other visual assets using advanced AI graphic design and image-generation tools.
• Develop efficient AI design workflows using available tools to reduce manual effort, improve turnaround time, and increase creative productivity.
• Develop effective prompts and creative instructions for AI image-generation tools to achieve specific styles, compositions, concepts, and visual requirements.
• Edit, enhance, retouch, resize, and refine AI-generated visuals using AI and traditional graphic design tools to ensure professional-quality output.
• Ensure all AI-generated and designed content adheres to the organization’s branding, visual identity, typography, layouts, and overall creative standards.
• Review AI-generated designs for visual quality, accuracy, consistency, and relevance before final delivery.
• Continuously improve workflows based on feedback and performance.

Qualifications

• AI Graphic Designing / AI Design course from a reputed institute (desirable)
• Strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals.
• Strong creative and visual communication skills.
• Good understanding of design principles, typography, composition, and branding.
• Ability to write and refine effective AI prompts.
• Willingness to learn and experiment with new AI tools.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with different departments.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management skills.

Experience:

• Total work: Freshers or 2 years (preferred)

Additional Information:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: As per industry standard
• Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (Work from home on Saturdays)
• Location: New Delhi (Requires ability to commute/relocate)
