About the Role
This is a Fresher to 6 Months role for an HR Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding the recruitment needs of Docthub Job Portal clients by liaising with the BD team.
- Screening healthcare candidates against client requirements.
- Sourcing potential candidates through various job portals like Naukri.com, Indeed, Apna Hire, Job Hai, Monster, Shine, etc.
- Posting jobs on various social media platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, WhatsApp, etc.
- Guiding candidates to apply for jobs through the Docthub Job Portal.
- Providing end-to-end assistance until candidates apply for the job successfully.
- Developing screening strategies and procedures in line with Healthcare industry trends, and keeping informed of advancements in the field.
- Providing feedback to management regarding applications.
- Creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates.
- Proficient in using company software and databases to connect with and reach out to potential candidates.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Skills: Communication, MS Office, Knowledge of MS Office, Searching on Google.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or Healthcare Management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience as a Talent Specialist.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
