About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Design Associate to help design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences for web and software applications. The ideal candidate should understand user needs and translate ideas into clear, functional, and visually appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces and layouts for web applications and digital products.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts.
• Develop consistent design systems and reusable UI components.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to implement design solutions.
• Conduct basic usability reviews and improve designs based on feedback.
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across screen sizes.
• Prepare design specifications and assets for development teams.

Skills and Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of experience in UI/UX design; freshers with a strong portfolio may apply.
• Familiarity with Figma and other interface design tools.
• Understanding of wireframing, prototyping, typography, colors, and layout principles.
• Basic knowledge of responsive design and user-centered design practices.
• Ability to create clean, consistent, and intuitive interfaces.
• Good communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate in a team environment.
