Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and concept-oriented Chemistry lectures for Class XI and XII Science students.
• Prepare students for JEE Main, JEE Advanced, NEET and MHT-CET through structured teaching and exam-focused practice.
• Teach Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry with conceptual clarity and effective problem-solving techniques.
• Develop lesson plans aligned with the academic calendar, prescribed syllabi, and competitive examination requirements.
• Prepare and discuss Daily Practice Problems (DPPs), assignments, chapter-wise tests, and mock examinations.
• Train students in numerical problem-solving, reaction mechanisms, chemical calculations, and application-based questions.
• Analyze students' test performance, identify learning gaps, and provide individual academic guidance.
• Maintain lecture records, syllabus completion updates, attendance, and student performance reports.
• Collaborate with the academic team to ensure timely syllabus completion and consistent teaching standards.
• Mentor students and motivate them to achieve their academic goals in competitive examinations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong command over Chemistry for Classes XI and XII.
• In-depth understanding of JEE Main, JEE Advanced, NEET, and MHT-CET syllabi and examination patterns.
• Ability to explain complex concepts through clear, structured, and engaging teaching methods.
• Strong expertise in Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.
• Excellent classroom management, communication, and student-engagement skills.
• Ability to solve and explain competitive-level questions accurately.
• Commitment to academic discipline, syllabus completion, and continuous student improvement.
• Prior teaching experience at a reputed coaching institute will be an advantage.
