Associate Business Partner

About the Role

The Associate Business Partner is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting strategic and operational initiatives across key business functions at Constrobook. Constrobook is a growing technology-driven company focused on simplifying and streamlining workflows in the construction and infrastructure ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and presentations.
• Track performance metrics.
• Assist in the implementation of new tools or workflows.
• Support client-facing activities.
• Ensure timely communication.
• Help maintain strong, long-term business relationships.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in using digital tools for project tracking, documentation, and communication (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, collaboration platforms).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a remote work environment with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate operational needs into clear requirements.
• Experience in stakeholder management, collaboration, and relationship building with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Solid communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise reports, summaries, and client-facing materials.
• Demonstrated adaptability, curiosity, and willingness to learn new tools and business processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience or interest in the construction, infrastructure, or SaaS/tech sector is an advantage.
