About the Role
We're looking for a junior designer who is curious, creative, and eager to learn. You'll work across different kinds of projects, from brand identities and websites to social creatives and presentations. You'll work closely with our creative lead, translating ideas and direction into thoughtful, well-crafted designs while bringing your own ideas to the table. We don't expect you to know everything. We do expect you to be open to learning, receptive to feedback, and willing to push yourself beyond what you're already comfortable with.
Key Responsibilities
- Work across different kinds of projects, from brand identities and websites to social creatives and presentations.
- Translate ideas and direction into thoughtful, well-crafted designs.
- Bring your own ideas to the table.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator, with the ability to create polished designs, logos, vector graphics, and brand identities.
- Familiarity with AI tools for design exploration, ideation, and creative workflows.
- Solid understanding of web design, UI/UX principles, and digital visual experiences.
- A sharp visual eye, exceptional attention to detail, and an organised approach to design.
- Strong creative thinking, initiative, problem-solving skills, and openness to feedback.
Qualifications
- Students, fresh graduates, self-taught designers, and candidates with 0–1 year of experience.
- A strong portfolio matters more than qualifications. Personal and academic projects are welcome.
