Video Editor Intern

About the Role

The Video Editor Intern will support the creation and refinement of video content for a range of projects at ChopShop Lab's Hyderabad office.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembling raw footage.
• Editing video sequences.
• Applying basic color corrections.
• Integrating motion graphics or graphic elements.
• Collaborating with senior editors and creative teams.
• Organizing project files.
• Adhering to deadlines.
• Staying current with emerging trends in video editing and AI-powered tools.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in Video Production and Video Editing.
• Skills in Video Color Grading.
• Skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics.
• Familiarity with industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of video formats, codecs, and export settings.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment and take constructive feedback.
• Relevant academic background or coursework in film, media, design, or related fields is an advantage.
