Role Description

This full-time, on-site US Recruiter role is based in Hyderabad and focuses on end-to-end recruitment for US-based positions. The role also involves building talent pools, nurturing candidate relationships, collaborating closely with account managers and clients, and using data and AI tools to improve hiring quality and speed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in US recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and full-cycle hiring for a variety of roles and levels.
• Strong skills in using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and ATS/CRM platforms to identify and engage qualified applicants.
• Familiarity with US employment practices, time zones, and communication norms.
• Experience supporting US clients or teams is preferred.
• Comfort working with data, metrics, and AI-driven recruitment tools to improve pipeline quality and efficiency.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to partner with internal stakeholders and clients to refine role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree is not mandated; experience in recruitment will be the main criteria.
• Prior experience in a staffing agency, RPO, or high-volume recruiting environment is a plus.
