Key Responsibilities

• Determine coverage and liability.
• Determine liability (who's at fault for the damages).
• Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses.
• Partner with appraisers/estimators to manage vehicle repairs.
• Negotiate with customers and other insurance carriers to resolve claims.
• Document activities in claim file notes in a clear, complete, and concise manner.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation

• $20.00/ hour.
• Rate increase to $50K salary upon successful completion of training and obtaining Property & Casualty license.
