About the Role
The Interior Design Intern will support the design team in the day-to-day development of residential interior projects. This internship role is on-site and based in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with space planning.
- Creating mood boards and material palettes.
- Supporting FF&E selection (furniture, fixtures, and equipment).
- Preparing drawings, presentations, and documentation under guidance.
- Helping with site visits and measurements.
- Coordination with vendors and contractors.
Qualifications
- Skills in Interior Design and Space Planning for residential projects.
- Skills in Furniture and FF&E selection, including materials, finishes, and styling.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
- Basic proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote, or Canva) is beneficial.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a program in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru within a studio and site environment.
