Style Supply is an invite-only platform in Mumbai for intentional fashion decisions. Our membership allows users to try designer fashion within 24 hours without commitment, providing time to decide what they love.

Role Overview

This is one of the first hires for the team, focused on setting up the people operations of a growing company. The role goes beyond traditional HR to build a well-supported team from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Run the hiring process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and keeping candidates informed.
• Collect structured interview feedback to ensure a professional candidate experience.
• Build and manage onboarding for new hires.
• Plan staggered starts and handovers for interns.
• Maintain clear internal communication and assist team members with daily queries.
• Flag communication gaps or friction to the founders.
• Conduct 1-1 sessions to support employees with mental health and life concerns.
• Plan team rituals, engagement activities, and internal events.
• Maintain HR records and documentation (pay and personal records with founders).
• Support founders with company admin and identify process improvements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Studying or a graduate in Psychology, Sociology, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
• Interested in people, behaviour, and team dynamics.
• Good listener who communicates with empathy and clarity.
• Handles sensitive information with discretion.
• Organised, observant, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
• Proactive in fixing processes.
• Background in therapy or therapeutic practice is a bonus.
