About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role located in Navi Mumbai's Vashi Sector 30 A. The role involves handling the full-life cycle of recruiting.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Conduct employer branding efforts to attract top talent.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs.
- Execute recruitment plans.
- Maintain candidate pipelines.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring.
- Skills in Interviewing and Recruiting.
- Experience in Employer Branding strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in the HR or talent acquisition industry is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
