Role Overview
RAMS Digital is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern passionate about people, recruitment, and gaining practical HR experience in a fast-paced organization. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and daily HR operations. Ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, identifying talent, and maintaining organization.
Duration: 3–6 Months
Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and other hiring channels.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and documentation.
- Assist the HR team with employee-related activities and coordination.
- Help ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and comfort speaking with candidates.
- Proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks.
- A fast learner who enjoys problem-solving.
