About the Role
- This is a Semi Voice Process role.
- Shift: Afternoon Shift
- Working Hours: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information and assistance.
- Perform online searches and collect relevant information.
- Maintain and update data using MS Excel.
- Ensure accuracy while handling customer information.
- Follow process guidelines and maintain professional communication.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- MS Excel
- Internet browsing and searching skills
- Computer knowledge
Qualifications
- HSC candidates with at least 6 months of BPO calling experience can apply.
- Relevant experience documents are mandatory for experienced candidates.
- Graduates and freshers are also eligible.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good internet browsing and searching skills.
- Good computer knowledge.
- Ability to understand customer queries and provide appropriate responses.
Salary Details
- Freshers: 16,500 CTC
- Experienced Candidates: Up to 22,500 CTC (depending on experience and skills).
