About the Role
The Commercial (Property) & Retail (Auto and Property) team is responsible for registering Claims as per guidelines & SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Sorting & Registration of Motor & Property claims.
- Verify and assess documents for in-scope motor and property claims.
- Register claims for cases including:
- Glass damages
- Vandalism
- Fire
- Animal damage
- Collision damages
- 3rd Party Liability damages
- Hail damages
- Electricity damage
- Water damage
- Natural catastrophe
- Change of temperature
- Theft
- Machine breakdown
- Construction
- Business interruption
