About the Role
The AGS GRFO (Global Repair Factory Operations) PMO is a global value engine for repair operations, spanning six repair centers worldwide. The team drives governance, project execution, business expansion, and process optimization across a globally distributed organization. This position is for a New College Grad.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end project management activities across global repair center operations
- Create project Business Case
- Maintain and continuously improve the PM portal, ensuring accurate and real-time project tracking
- Support PMO data analytics needs including KPI dashboards, portfolio performance reporting, and trend analysis
- Assist in governance workflows: business case tracking, milestone reporting, and on-time delivery monitoring
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple geographies and repair centers
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Data analytics and visualization (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint for executive-level reporting
- Familiarity with process documentation and SOP development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field
- Targeting majors in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management
- GPA of 3.0 or above preferred
- Experience in project management, PMO operations, or a related role preferred
- PMP certification is a plus
