About the Role

White Lodging develops and operates a portfolio of award-winning, premium-brand hotels, rooftop bars and restaurants. This role allows for advanced scheduling and the flexibility to swap or pick up shifts using an app, fostering work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction with the dining experience.
• Effectively assign servers to sections, manage reservations, and seat guests at tables.
• Maintain the restaurant entryway and complete necessary side work and cleaning tasks.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance as an ambassador of the establishment.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes, accurately answering any guest questions.
• Process all payment methods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Tech Stack
