About the Role

RSPL PVT. LTD (KURANGA) is a growing industrial organization focused on efficient manufacturing operations and reliable product quality. This is a full-time, on-site Diploma Mechanical role based in the Devbhumi Dwarka district. The role involves supporting daily plant operations through preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily plant operations through preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment and machinery.
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues.
• Perform routine inspections.
• Coordinate with supervisors and technicians to minimize downtime.
• Basic documentation of maintenance activities.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production.
• Follow company procedures.
• Maintain work area cleanliness.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in Maintenance and Mechanical Engineering for handling industrial equipment and plant machinery.
• Skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for interpreting and updating mechanical drawings and layouts.
• Skills in Inspection for monitoring equipment condition, checking parts, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Skills related to Automotive systems where relevant to plant utilities, material handling, or mechanical components.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Basic understanding of industrial safety practices and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Ability to work in shifts, stand for extended periods, and handle tools and equipment safely.
• Strong problem-solving attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
