Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates for job openings.
• Contact candidates and explain job opportunities.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate conversations.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Track candidate progress through successful joining.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A smartphone, laptop, and stable Wi-Fi connection are required.
• Willingness to work in recruitment and meet hiring targets.

Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month.
• Incentive per successful joining:
• 1st to 5th: ₹2,500
• 6th onwards: ₹5,000
• Incentive Eligibility: Minimum of 90 days of employment required for incentive payment.
