Key Responsibilities
- Execution of breakdown, preventive, predictive maintenance & TPM activities of plant machinery including VMC, Turning, SPM, Multi-axes machines, SQF, and Robots.
- Coordinating with original equipment suppliers for additional support during breakdowns.
- Execution of shutdown activities for plant utilities such as VCB, DG, Transformer, ACB, and compressors.
- Maintaining 100% uptime of facilities and plant electrical appliances.
- Maintaining all required documents in the maintenance department, including daily breakdown data, preventive maintenance, and predictive maintenance records.
- Active participation in new machine installations.
- Identifying and correcting abnormalities before equipment failure.
- Identifying improvements and executing them in the form of KAIZEN and other LEAN principles.
- Supporting the implementation of TPM activities in the plant.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic knowledge of machine Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and Control systems.
- Good team building skills and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and Power BI.
Qualifications
- ITI/ Diploma/ Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.
