About the Role
BAYADA Home Health Care is offering an exclusive opportunity for recent nursing graduates through its Nurse Residency Program. This program is the only paid, new graduate residency program in home care accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one nursing care.
- Perform electronic charting for all shifts.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Passed NCLEX.
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
- CPR in good standing.
- Flexibility for scheduling after a 6-week training program.
Pay
- $28/$29/$30/hr for days.
- $29/$30/$31/hr for overnights and/or weekends.
