About the Role

The Guest Services Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at IKAYI in Lucknow. This role involves welcoming guests, managing reservations, guiding guests to their tables, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience from arrival to departure.

• Responding to guest inquiries
• Coordinating with the service and kitchen teams
• Supporting the bar and rooftop operations during busy periods
• Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
• Handling phone and in-person bookings
• Addressing guest feedback in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications

• Strong Guest Services and Guest Service skills, with a focus on creating welcoming and positive experiences.
• Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, concerns, and feedback with patience and professionalism.
• Experience managing Reservations, including phone and online bookings, seating plans, and waitlists.
• Clear and confident Communication skills for interacting with guests and coordinating with team members.
• Prior experience in hospitality, restaurants, or hotels is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer or POS system literacy and ability to learn new tools quickly.
