Business Intelligence and AI Automation Associate

About the Role

KSG Realty is seeking a curious, resourceful, and execution-oriented individual to work directly with the Founder on business research, AI automation, and operational projects. This is a part-time internship with a flexible working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Automation & Development:
• Build practical AI-powered automations to streamline KSG’s daily operations.
• Use tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Claude agents, APIs, and automation platforms to develop useful workflows and internal tools.
• Build an AI-assisted content workflow for researching, creating, reviewing, and publishing KSG’s social media posts.
• Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated and turn ideas into working, documented systems.
• Business & Market Research:
• Research investors, family offices, industrialists, developers, and other potential business relationships for KSG.
• Track real estate transactions, market developments, and emerging business opportunities.
• Identify relevant decision-makers and explain why a particular relationship or opportunity matters to KSG.
• Explore new client segments and markets that KSG could pursue.
• Execution & Ownership:
• Take projects from idea to implementation.
• Maintain clear documentation and demonstrate completed work regularly.
• Proactively identify problems, suggest solutions, and work independently.

Qualifications

• Genuinely interested in AI, automation, business, and technology.
• Comfortable experimenting with new tools and learning through implementation.
• Strong in research, logical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Resourceful, organised, and capable of working independently.
• More interested in building useful solutions than simply using AI tools.
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute matters more than certificates or tool familiarity.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Prior experience with Codex, Claude Code, AI agents, APIs, or workflow automation is an advantage.
• Technologies/Tools mentioned: OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Claude agents, APIs, automation platforms.

Engagement Details

• Part-time internship / flexible working arrangement.
• Direct exposure to the Founder and real business operations.
• Initial three-month evaluation period, with continuation based on performance.
• Compensation and weekly hours to be mutually agreed.
