About the Role

The Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for school communications, including digital and print materials such as brochures, posters, newsletters, social media graphics, and presentations. The role involves collaborating with academic and administrative teams to develop consistent visual branding that reflects the school’s learning-by-doing philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing layouts.
• Refining logos and icons.
• Selecting appropriate typography.
• Preparing files for production.
• Ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
• Supporting special events and campaigns by delivering creative concepts and timely design solutions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Graphics and Graphic Design skills to create clear, engaging visual content.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding to maintain and evolve the school’s visual identity.
• Proficiency in Typography and layout design to produce readable, aesthetically balanced materials.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent software).
• Ability to translate educational concepts into visually compelling designs that appeal to diverse audiences.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback from different stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
