About the Role

The Consultant - Business Consulting PI - GOV - CNS - BC - Transformation Delivery role is within EY's Global Government & Public Sector (GPS) team, focusing on solving critical problems for governments through digital transformation. The Business Consulting sub-service line works with clients to reimagine business models, create growth, manage costs, and resolve operational challenges. This specific role focuses on Transformation Delivery within the Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Support transformation and advisory engagements across public sector contexts using consulting methodologies.
• Demonstrate knowledge of urban development frameworks and planning considerations relevant to government and civic transformation programs.
• Apply proficiency in infrastructure development concepts, including project lifecycle understanding, feasibility, and implementation support.
• Utilize working knowledge of infrastructure finance principles, including funding structures, investment evaluation, and financial viability assessment.
• Preferred: Exposure to water engineering concepts to strengthen analysis of integrated infrastructure and development initiatives.
