Dreamspan is a SleepTech and HealthTech company building innovative sleep technology to improve sleep quality, recovery, and long-term health. We combine hardware, technology, and data to help people sleep better and live healthier lives. As a growing startup, we are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts & Finance Intern to support our day-to-day accounting, financial documentation, vendor management, and GST compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records using Tally or Zoho Books.
• Manage vendor invoices, purchase bills, and payment tracking.
• Maintain general ledgers, vendor ledgers, and customer ledgers.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and tracking accounts payable and receivables.
• Support GST compliance, invoice verification, and input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation.
• Track company expenses, employee reimbursements, and operational expenditure.
• Coordinate with vendors and the company’s Chartered Accountant for accounting and tax-related documentation.
• Maintain organised financial records and assist with audits and other accounting activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Pursuing or recently completed B.Com, M.Com, or BBA (Finance).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and GST.
• Familiarity with Tally or Zoho Books and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
