Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, college networks, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Contact candidates to explain job opportunities and assess their interest.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, selection, and joining dates.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports.
- Assist in campus recruitment drives and walk-in interviews.
- Support candidate documentation, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Help achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
