Valuations Intern, Summer 2027

About the Role

The Valuations Intern role at Revantage, a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company, is a 10-week immersive summer experience. This program is designed to provide interns with a fundamental understanding of portfolio analytics and valuations, while also allowing them to experience Revantage's collaborative culture. Interns will be part of ongoing projects, build relationships with peers and mentors, and participate in networking events. The internship will conclude with a project presentation to executive leadership. This position is based in Revantage's Chicago office, with the 2027 program running from June 2027 through August 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver portfolio analytics summaries and property-level performance reporting to Blackstone and portfolio company management teams.
• Prepare presentations and investment summaries for Blackstone, Revantage, and portfolio company management teams.
• Gather and report on market intelligence, including recent sales data and prevailing market conditions.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly and/or quarterly property valuation models and portfolio analytics for various asset classes.
• Review third-party reports, market studies, and other pertinent real estate documents to extract relevant and actionable data for valuations.
• Provide analytical and valuation support for property investments, including preparing leasing, operating, capital, and financing analyses.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Current junior undergraduate student at an accredited four-year institution.
• Pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, real estate, economics, or business with a finance/accounting concentration.
• Minimum 3.2 GPA.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities.
• Ability to work in Chicago in a full-time capacity for 10 weeks, beginning in June of 2027.
