Hiring: Production, Assembly & Quality
About the Role
We are looking for motivated candidates to join our team in the Production, Assembly, and Quality departments. Candidates should be willing to work in a manufacturing environment and contribute to production targets, product quality, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Production
- Monitor daily production activities and achieve production targets.
- Ensure smooth operation of manufacturing processes.
- Follow safety standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain production records and reports.
Assembly
- Perform assembly operations as per work instructions.
- Ensure proper fitting, assembly, and handling of components.
- Identify and report assembly defects or process issues.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and safety.
Quality
- Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products.
- Identify and report quality defects and deviations.
- Follow quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Support quality improvement and defect prevention activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Any Graduation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
