Intern/Executive of Ecom and Quick Com in F&B

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Intern/Executive role for E-commerce and Quick Commerce in the F&B segment, based in Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in listing and managing products on various e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.
• Update product information, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
• Support daily order processing.
• Coordinate with operations for timely dispatch.
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts.
• Track platform performance.
• Analyze basic sales and traffic data.
• Prepare reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with marketing for online promotions.
• Maintain brand consistency across platforms.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of online activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• E-commerce and Quick Commerce skills: familiarity with online marketplaces, basic catalog management, and understanding of order and inventory workflows.
• Digital and marketing skills: exposure to online promotions, content coordination for product listings, and basic use of analytics dashboards on e-commerce platforms.
• Operational and coordination skills: ability to work closely with supply chain, warehousing, and customer support teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Analytical and reporting skills: comfort with spreadsheets, simple data analysis, and preparation of performance reports.
• Communication and organizational skills: clear written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Work approach: willingness to learn, proactive problem-solving attitude, and readiness to work on-site in Noida with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or having a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Prior internship or experience in FMCG or F&B e-commerce is an advantage.
