About the Role
DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking Data Analytics Interns for its Summer 2027 internship program. This is a data-driven organization with multiple analytic departments, including Credit Risk & Pricing Analytics, Loan Servicing Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics, Retail Analytics, and SilverRock Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis to generate meaningful insights from data sets.
- Brainstorm ideas and provide creative solutions to challenges in data analysis.
- Participate in all phases of the analytic lifecycle: research design, data collection, data processing, model building, deployment, and presentation of results.
- Innovate existing products and services using technologies and data analysis to identify new opportunities for customer experience and profitability improvement.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and special projects as required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's student with a graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Pursuing a quantitative degree in Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or other STEM fields.
- GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- Data analysis experience.
- Working knowledge in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Excel.
- Strong understanding of analytics and data principles.
- Passion for uncovering actionable insights from data.
- Killer analytics and reporting abilities with the capability to analyze data and prepare timely reports.
- A mind for the details.
- Fantastic problem-solving skills.
- Agile in a fast-paced environment.
- Intellectual curiosity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with a variety of audiences, including management.
Internship Program Details
- Duration: 11 weeks, May 2027 – August 2027.
- Location: Home offices in Tempe, AZ and Dallas, TX.
- Schedule: Regular on-site schedule, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.
- Relocation: Not provided.
