Marketing Manager

About the Role

The Marketing Manager intern will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for Green City Sreenivasa Estates’ real estate projects. This is an internship role, based on-site in Hyderabad, requiring regular presence at the office and project locations to ensure effective coordination and implementation of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with market research.
• Coordinate promotional activities.
• Help manage social media and digital channels.
• Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online content.
• Collaborate with sales and onsite teams to organize events.
• Collect customer feedback.
• Track campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in marketing and real estate, with foundational knowledge of marketing concepts and customer engagement.
• Ability to conduct basic market research, analyze data, and draw clear, actionable insights.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare concise reports and marketing copy.
• Comfort using common digital tools (e.g., MS Office, presentation software) and social media platforms for marketing purposes.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate onsite activities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and interact professionally with customers and partners.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad and visit project locations as required.
