About the Role
CareerCraft Solutions is seeking a full-time, on-site Career Professional for its Greater Hyderabad Area location.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with clients.
- Assess client skills and goals.
- Recommend suitable career paths and job-search strategies.
- Review and improve resumes and professional profiles.
- Guide clients through job applications.
- Prepare clients for interviews through coaching and mock sessions.
- Respond to client inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of sessions.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance service offerings and resources.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Career Counseling and Career Development skills.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Robust Analytical Skills.
- Ability to create and refine ATS-friendly resumes, cover letters, and professional profiles.
- Knowledge of current job-market trends, hiring practices, and interview techniques.
- Comfort working with digital tools, job portals, and professional networking platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse backgrounds, maintain confidentiality, and uphold inclusive, non-discriminatory practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Career Development, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in counseling or career coaching are an advantage.
