About the Role
Questora Research is seeking a Freelance AI Trainer to work full-time on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. This role involves close collaboration with research and technology teams to improve AI model performance and reliability for market research and business intelligence applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing and annotating data.
- Crafting clear instructions and prompts.
- Evaluating AI-generated outputs.
- Providing detailed feedback to improve model performance and reliability.
- Following project guidelines.
- Maintaining high-quality standards.
- Documenting findings.
- Suggesting improvements to training processes and datasets.
- Designing test scenarios.
- Validating model behavior across different use cases.
- Supporting ongoing optimization of AI systems.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to work on-site full-time in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area.
- Comfort working with digital tools, web-based platforms, and basic data handling (spreadsheets, online dashboards).
- Interest in AI, machine learning, and their applications in market research and business intelligence.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow structured guidelines while exercising sound judgment.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field such as business, economics, social sciences, computer science, linguistics, or related discipline is preferred.
- Prior experience in research, data annotation, content evaluation, or quality assurance is an advantage but not mandatory.
