About the Role
As a Dateneingabeangestellte:r at Oracle Bridge Ventures, you will be responsible for the precise recording, updating, and maintenance of data across various systems and databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing data for completeness and accuracy.
- Correcting errors.
- Structuring and documenting relevant information.
- Working closely with colleagues from Portfolio Management, Operations, and Compliance to ensure smooth data flow and high data quality.
- Supporting simple evaluations, reports, and the creation of overviews for internal stakeholders.
- This position is full-time and on-site in Faridabad.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Data Processing & Accuracy: Proficient with databases and spreadsheets, high attention to detail, fast and low-error data entry.
- IT & Software Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), experience with ERP/CRM systems or similar business applications is desirable.
- Organization & Work Style: Structured, reliable, and meticulous work approach, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Communication & Teamwork: Good written and oral communication skills, cooperative collaboration with different departments, and openness to feedback.
- Education & Additional Qualifications: Completed commercial or comparable training, initial experience in data entry or office organization is advantageous; interest in financial markets, digital assets, or blockchain technology is a plus.
