Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service
• Greet customers and understand their eyewear needs.
• Assist customers in frame selection, lens options, and product features.
• Provide accurate product information and help customers make informed decisions.
• Maintain a positive, helpful, and professional attitude at all times.
• Sales & Store Targets
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Support upselling and cross-selling based on customer requirements.
• Ensure high conversion rates through effective customer engagement.
• Store Operations
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and visual standards of the store.
• Ensure product displays, frames, and accessories are arranged as per VM guidelines.
• Participate in daily store opening and closing activities.
• Inventory Management
• Assist in receiving, tagging, and arranging new stock.
• Maintain stock accuracy through regular counting and replenishment.
• Report low-stock items or discrepancies to the store manager.
• Billing & Cash Handling
• Operate POS systems for billing and payments.
• Ensure accuracy in billing, returns, and exchange processes.
