Job Title: Voice Process Executive/Chat Process
About the Role
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a Voice / Chat Customer Support role.
- English & Hindi language proficiency required.
- Banking Customer Service experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via voice and/or chat channels.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
