About the Role
The HR Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating recruitment activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring processes and stakeholder coordination.
Internship duration: 3 months (full-time commitment required)
Only candidates available to work full-time (5 days a week) should apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment databases
- Support in drafting job postings and publishing them on various platforms
- Coordinate with candidates for interview follow-ups and feedback collection
- Assist in onboarding documentation and pre-joining formalities
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support HR team in recruitment drives, campus hiring, and walk-ins
Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in HR or related field
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
