About the Role
Location: Bangalore (On-site)
Compensation: Up to 25,000 INR (monthly gross)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation and follow-up.
- Guide and assist trial customers.
- Convert trial customers to paid subscribers.
- Maintain recurring revenue and customer retention.
- Serve as the point of contact for customer queries and escalations.
- Payment follow-ups.
- Maintain bill records.
- Conduct service demonstrations.
- Upselling and cross-selling.
