About the Role

The Enterprise Payments Summer Intern will participate in a 10-week program designed to provide practical exposure to how payments and liquidity solutions are developed, positioned, sold, implemented, and supported. The intern will combine structured learning with meaningful work on an assigned team, broad exposure across the Enterprise Payments organization, and a capstone project addressing a business or client need.

  • Support product, sales, client-success, or strategy initiatives through research, data analysis, project tracking, meeting preparation, and coordination with cross-functional partners.
  • Learn how payments solutions are positioned, priced, implemented, serviced, and enhanced, while developing awareness of client needs and the end-to-end client experience.
  • Collaborate with teammates and partners; participate in meetings, ask informed questions, incorporate feedback, and provide timely updates on assigned work.
  • Complete and present a capstone project that addresses a real business or client need and demonstrates analysis, problem solving, and clear communication.
  • Participate in mentorship, networking, leader exposure, coaching, and professional-development activities throughout the internship.
  • Follow applicable policies and procedures, exercise sound judgment, and protect confidential client and company information.
