About the Role
SpleN Technologies and Education Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants.
- Support onboarding and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Contribute to building a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Students or freshers interested in pursuing a career in HR.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Workspace.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
